About Lior

In 2017, I was working in advertising and had never turned on an oven. Three years of watching test kitchen videos later, I finally tried baking—and everything changed. I left advertising, trained at École Grégoire-Ferrandi in Paris, and now work as a pastry cook at Pastis in Miami.

The platform I built along the way—over 11 million views across Instagram and TikTok—taught me something important: what people actually need isn’t more recipes. It’s someone who explains what the dough should feel like, what “golden brown” really looks like in your specific oven, and why that one step you’ve been skipping actually matters.
